Sometimes your screen disappears and your game gets stuck after playing the game for 10 minutes.
You'll probably wondering how that is possible because your video card seems to be in the list of approved video cards!
You simply just need to update the latest drivers for your video card.

How do you know what card you have?
Hold down the Windows button and type R
Type 'Dxdiag' and click 'OK”
Open the Tab-page 'Screen”, you will see on the left side the name and the model-number of your video card.

For laptops you'll often get the comment to obtain your latest drivers from the site of the manufacturer of your laptop. Unfortunately laptop-builders aren't that much interested in updating their video card, so you're back to square one. In that case just download the original drivers from the site of the manufacturer of your video card and try and see if you still can update your card!
PC gets to hot
Overheating can be a cause of your PC or laptop to get stuck. Check the cooling slots (laptops have them also on the bottom) and clean them, potentially you could use a vacuum-cleaner.
Don't put your PC in a closed chest or cupboard and don't use your laptop on your bed.
