HOW TO MAKE A BACKUP In Sims-2 it is quite easy to make a backup of your Sims, Houses, Neighbourhoods etc. Simply copy the folder The Sims2 to a safe place or a blank CD. You can locate this folder: In Vista: Username / Documents / EA Games / The Sims 2   In XP order older systems C:/My Documents / EA Games / The Sims 2 Bear in mind that this folder with all expansions and stuff-packs, no downloads and never played before, will already be 1.34GB A compression with f.e. winrar would be helpful to reduce the size.
