Installation of the Add-on Handler:
When you do not have un unpacking programm, please install WINRAR
Download the Add-on_Handler
Choose Run and you will arrive in Winrar. Dubbelclick on the line Add-On Handler and the programm will install itself on your computer. You will be prompted for the location of the Sims Programm. Click on automatic.
Check the boxes for your expansion-packs.
The Handler is now ready for use.
How to place downloads in your game.
Select the download of your choice from the internet. Always use the option Save and as location your desktop.
You´ll recognize the downloads as a pile of books (Winrar) or a folder with a Zip (Winzip). Give it a suitable name (see instructions elsewhere on this site)
Open the Add-on Handler and move the download with the mouse to the window of the Handler. Your download will now be unpacked and automaticly moved to the correct folder in the Sims.
That´s all ! - could it be made any easier ? - No!
